Return Policy

Products may be returned if found to be faulty. Any product fault should be reported to Blue Barrier immediately so that a return can be arranged and a replacement item issued.


Customers must notify Blue Barrier of any product faults or damage sustained during transit or delivery within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Please note that damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered under warranty.


Once Blue Barrier has obtained a third-party receipt from the courier, transport authority, or nominated logistics provider, we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of goods during transit.


Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of goods supplied by us that are proven to be faulty due to defective workmanship or materials.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
* Goods must be in new and unused condition within 30 days.
* Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
* A proof of purchase must be included, showing the Blue Barrier invoice number, date of sale, and a description of the purchased items.

Credits & Restocking
* Goods returned for credit must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
* A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns for credit, unless you exchange there is no restock fee.

* Refunds processed within 5 business days or the item being returned.
